Depends on if its a one story or two story addition and if we need to build a new footer for the addition.  ##### [QUESTION One Story or Two Story Addition - What's Best?](https://www.samueldodsoncontracting.com/additions#collapse2-dnd_area-module-6) I typically recommend a two story addition - a two story addition doesn't always mean it's double the cost of a one story addition.
